  1. Foundation of Juclandia

    10 September 2001

    Creation of Juclandia as a micronation and community project, marking
    the beginning of its political and social experiment.

  2. Passing of Elena Iliescu

    10 September 2005

    Death of Elena Iliescu, known as the “Mother of Juclandia”, whose role
    in the early years left a lasting symbolic legacy.

  3. First Constitutional Law

    September 2006

    The first constitutional law enters into force, giving Juclandia a
    clearer institutional framework and basic separation of powers.

  4. Declaration of Independence

    23 August 2008

    Juclandia issues its Declaration of Independence, affirming its
    autonomous identity in the wider micronational community.

  5. Proclamation of the Monarchy

    23 August 2010

    The Socialist Republic is abolished and Juclandia is proclaimed a
    monarchy, reshaping its constitutional and symbolic order.

  6. First Full Republican Constitution

    January 2011

    Adoption of the first comprehensive republican constitution, giving
    detailed form to Juclandia’s institutions and rights.

  7. First Intermicronational Summit

    July 2013

    Participation in the first intermicronational summit in Paris, marking
    Juclandia’s growing engagement in external relations.

  8. Federal Union of Juclandian Lands

    23 February 2014

    Creation of the Federal Union of Juclandian Lands, organising Juclandia
    and its associated entities within a federal structure.

  9. Adoption of the 2015 Constitution

    1 May 2015

    A new constitution is adopted, becoming the main legal foundation for
    the following decade of Juclandian institutional life.

  10. Alios Agreement and Supranational Union

    23 February 2016

    The Federal Union is transformed into a supranational union through
    the Alios Agreement with Sabia and Verona, redefining the legal and
    political ties between the member entities.

  11. De Facto Republicanisation of the Monarchy

    1 May 2017

    The 2015 Constitution is modified: the monarchy is abolished de facto
    and the King becomes a republican head of state while retaining the
    royal title.

  12. Creation of the Juclandian Pragma

    10 September 2019

    Establishment of the Juclandian Pragma, inaugurating a dual structure
    between the traditional micronation and the Pragma entity.

  13. Beginning of the Covid Crisis

    10 March 2020

    The Covid crisis begins in Juclandia, severely affecting regular
    activity and leaving institutional and social repercussions that
    continue to be felt.

  14. Transitional Council of National Salvation

    12 November 2021

    In response to the Covid crisis, political institutions are temporarily
    suspended and replaced by the Transitional Council of National
    Salvation.

  15. Partial Restoration of the 2015 Constitution

    4 November 2022

    In the absence of agreement on a new fundamental text, parts of the
    2015 Constitution are re‑established to provide continuity of
    government.

  16. MicroFrancophonie Summit

    August 2024

    Juclandia takes part in the summit of the Organisation de la
    MicroFrancophonie, confirming its long‑term commitment to the

  17. New Institutional Architecture

    7 October 2025

    New institutions gradually replace the 2015 constitutional framework,
    inaugurating a revised model of governance for Juclandia.
