1. 200110 September

   Foundation

   Foundation of Juclandia

   Creation of Juclandia as a micronation and community project, marking the beginning of its political and social experiment.

2. 200510 September

   Commemoration

   Passing of Elena Iliescu

   Death of Elena Iliescu, known as the “Mother of Juclandia”, whose role in the early years left a lasting symbolic legacy.

3. 2006September

   Constitutional law

   First Constitutional Law

   The first constitutional law enters into force, giving Juclandia a clearer institutional framework and basic separation of powers.

4. 200823 August

   Sovereignty

   Declaration of Independence

   Juclandia issues its Declaration of Independence, affirming its autonomous identity in the wider micronational community.

5. 201023 August

   Form of state

   Proclamation of the Monarchy

   The Socialist Republic is abolished and Juclandia is proclaimed a monarchy, reshaping its constitutional and symbolic order.

6. 2011January

   Constitution

   First Full Republican Constitution

   Adoption of the first comprehensive republican constitution, giving detailed form to Juclandia’s institutions and rights.

7. 2013July

   Diplomacy

   First Intermicronational Summit

   Participation in the first intermicronational summit in Paris, marking Juclandia’s growing engagement in external relations.

8. 201423 February

   Federation

   Federal Union of Juclandian Lands

   Creation of the Federal Union of Juclandian Lands, organising Juclandia and its associated entities within a federal structure.

9. 20151 May

   Constitution

   Adoption of the 2015 Constitution

   A new constitution is adopted, becoming the main legal foundation for the following decade of Juclandian institutional life.

10. 201623 February

    Supranational union

    Alios Agreement and Supranational Union

    The Federal Union is transformed into a supranational union through the Alios Agreement with Sabia and Verona, redefining the legal and political ties between the member entities.

11. 20171 May

    Form of state

    De Facto Republicanisation of the Monarchy

    The 2015 Constitution is modified: the monarchy is abolished de facto and the King becomes a republican head of state while retaining the royal title.

12. 201910 September

    Pragma

    Creation of the Juclandian Pragma

    Establishment of the Juclandian Pragma, inaugurating a dual structure between the traditional micronation and the Pragma entity.

13. 202010 March

    Crisis

    Beginning of the Covid Crisis

    The Covid crisis begins in Juclandia, severely affecting regular activity and leaving institutional and social repercussions that continue to be felt.

14. 202112 November

    Transition

    Transitional Council of National Salvation

    In response to the Covid crisis, political institutions are temporarily suspended and replaced by the Transitional Council of National Salvation.

15. 20224 November

    Constitution

    Partial Restoration of the 2015 Constitution

    In the absence of agreement on a new fundamental text, parts of the 2015 Constitution are re‑established to provide continuity of government.

    Diplomacy

    MicroFrancophonie Summit

    Juclandia takes part in the summit of the Organisation de la MicroFrancophonie, confirming its long‑term commitment to the francophone micronational sphere.

17. 20257 October

    Institutions

    New Institutional Architecture

    New institutions gradually replace the 2015 constitutional framework, inaugurating a revised model of governance for Juclandia.

    Institut Juclandia

    Official Incorporation of Institut Juclandia as a French NGO

    Institut Juclandia is formally incorporated as a non-profit organisation under French law, giving the Institute legal personality outside the micronational sphere.
